Metastatic Breast Carcinoma to The Uterine Cervix - An Unusual Presentation

Uterine cervix involvement as a site of metastasis from distant primary tumor is rare. Metastasis breast carcinoma in patient undergoing treatment even rarer. The present case report 47-year-old lady with history on and who was referred to our hospital complaints lower limb oedema, low backache postmenopausal whitish discharge per vaginum. Per vaginal examination revealed lesion arising the extending up anterior wall suggestive clinical diagnosis cervix. Subsequent biopsy showed malignant cells arranged Indian file pattern focal alveolar pattern, hinting at Invasive lobular metastasis. neoplasm positive for ER, PR GATA-3 negative Her2/neu E-cadherin confirming diagnosis. Although rare, poor outcome such patients makes it more important its identification need them undergo careful routine gynecologic examination.
